A canvas print is your image printed with inkjet printers onto our high-quality archival canvas material. The canvas is then stretched, also known as gallery-wrapped, around an internal wooden frame allowing it to be visible from all sides.
Archival canvas is a specific type of canvas that is made to last a lifetime when printed with a giclee method. Most inexpensive canvas is full of harmful brighteners to produce a brighter canvas but this can drastically reduce its lifespan before it begins to crack or fade. A giclee canvas prints utilizes archival methods and tools, ensuring longevity through quality materials and printing techniques, promising a print that lasts a lifetime.
We sure do! Oversized prints are our specialty and an excellent wall-art option that’s quite easy to achieve. We can print up to 32"×40". Custom oversized prints are available too. We recommend measuring the space you're aiming to fill. If possible mark the corners with a pencil to best decide the size you're happy with. Start with a few standard sizes to see which one fits your wall best. For a small spot in a hallway or kitchen, we'd normally start with 18"×24". If you're filling a space above a small couch or in a dining room we'd start with 24"×36". Above something like a queen bed or full couch we'd usually check 32"×40" first and go from there!
From a small 8"×8" to a large 32"×40", we offer the largest selection of canvas prints in the industry. We make it easy by suggesting sizes that work perfectly with your desired image. We are known for our large wall art prints.
0.75" is about 1 inch per side. If you'd like to add a bleed we recommend at least that much, but you can always choose the black or white border option as well.

If you accidentally spill something on your canvas, we recommend dabbing it with a moist cloth. Only rub if dabbing isn't proving successful.
You have the option to add a frame to your personalized canvas prints. The standard wrap canvas fits snugly inside the frame, with the floating frame lip positioned above the canvas. This stylish addition creates a 1.75” depth to your print.
Our frames are made of solid pine and come in espresso brown, black, white.
When placing an order the dimensions you put in will always be for the image itself. If adding a frame to your canvas it will be in addition to the size you've selected.

Currently we accept JPG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF, HEIC or HEIF file. We recommend using Image Files that are 2MB or higher. Images that are under 2MB and are larger than 700KB should still work.
If you have an alternate file or want to wait you can choose the "I'll upload my image later" option, complete the order without an image and then send us the file through our Hightail here: https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/canvaspeople
If the resolution of your image isn't adequate for printing, we'll inform you. While we cannot entirely restore a pixelated image, our designers can apply filters to help minimize pixelation and enhance the overall appearance. However, we recommend uploading an original high-resolution photo for optimal results. Rest assured, we'll seek your approval before applying any adjustments, ensuring your satisfaction with the final product.
We would only use your image to print it out for you. We never sell any photos to third parties or use them anywhere else without your explicit permission.

While we make every effort to ensure your canvas arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen. Please take pictures that clearly display the damage and reach out to us at support@canvaspeople.com and we will have a new canvas created and shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Our first hope would be that we could fix the issue or concern you have. We want everyone to receive something from us that they’re proud to hang on their walls. If we’re not able to or you’d simply prefer a refund we could proceed with a full refund instead.

We ship standard postage using multiple shipping methods including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Most of our orders are delivered in approximately 6-8 business days from the order date. For faster delivery, we also offer an expedited shipping option. Please note while most of our orders are delivered within 6-8 business days, production of your personalized canvas can take up to 3 business days which may delay the delivery time. For U.S. customers in Alaska, Hawaii, The Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico expected delivery timelines may vary.
Your order will ship within the same timeline even if there are several pieces. When they go out, you'll get tracking information in your email.
We ship with several couriers depending on the destination city or country. We ship using the best carrier available to us for a given destination and delivery timeline. Most packages are shipped using USPS and UPS.
Yes, we can also turn any piece into black and white for you. Select the Black and White filter while you are customizing your product or let us know and we can update your order for you.
We generally don't recommend hanging prints anywhere that's particularly humid - like bathrooms! It can cause the wood from the frame to warp. While our canvases are water resistant we wouldn't recommend outside due to the moisture as well.
